The PPA trust account is fully covered in terms of a Fidelity Fund Certificate, of which a copy could be downloaded on our website or verified on www.eaab.org.zaWhether you are looking for once off rental or monthly managed rental, Astrodon will keep the process as simple as possible. TPN credit checks are done on all prospective tenants to ensure that only the most desirable tenants are placed in your unit. At Once the administration process within the offices are completed, all information is sent to the Landlord including a recommendation to the Landlord. Whatever the Landlord decides, Astrodon's dedicated staff complies with and reverts to the prospective tenant. Astrodon we realize how important timely rental payments are to landlords, and therefore strict measures have been implemented for the collection of rentals to avoid any penalties that may occur on the bond installments and other commitments in terms of the property.
Payments to all Landlords and service providers are done daily, thus any payments received by our offices today and reflects in the nominated bank account are disbursed the following day to the various contractors and Landlords.Through proper advertising both on our website and on Property 24 your unit will gain maximum exposure to prospective tenants, giving you maximum return on your investment. Routine maintenance will be arranged through our list of Approved Contractors, and through our bulk buying power, Astrodon is able to pass the savings onto the owner without compromising quality of work.
Astrodon will arrange the collection of water and electricity and make the necessary levy payments, taking all the stress away from the owner. Detailed monthly statements and reconciliation are sent to all Landlords the day after payments have been effected in respect of the rental property and SARS reconciliations available to owners upon request.
