We are seeking the services of a Senior Personal Assistant to Portfolio Managers for our offices at 15 Vermooten Street, Brackenhurst Alberton.
We seek a vibrant, determined individual to join our team of property professionals as a Senior Personal Assistant to the portfolio managers. An ability to manage client expectations, have good communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, telephonic or in person; a basic understanding financial aspects involved in property management as well as the ability to continue a client relationship for the long term.
The position would be part of the management team, and will entail the management of the current personal assistants.
Experience required:
- Minimum of 5 years secretarial experience in property management
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Drafting of minutes/letters/meeting notices/ballot papers/circulars.
- Team player and able to work under pressure.
- Deadline driven.
